The flagship Freshworks Experience event in Mumbai brought together 500+ CX and IT leaders to explore how AI and automation are transforming customer service and support.
The Challenge:
The challenge was to create a cohesive, high-impact visual experience across a wide range of formats while maintaining clarity, consistency, and strong brand presence at scale.
Solution & outcome:
For the large-format stage experience, I developed expansive visuals using subtle gradients and brand colors against a refined black background, creating depth and contrast without overpowering the on-screen content. The final experience delivered a visually mature and cohesive event identity that strengthened the brand presence and created a seamless aesthetic across the venue.
